Mariot Group Return & Exchange Policy

• All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt within 7 days from the date of purchase (Product should be in its original condition)
• If you do not have your purchase receipt, exchange will not be possible
• Repairs of the products damaged due to wear & Tear will be entertained at management discretion Within 6 months of the purchase, please note that the management has the right to assess the age & condition of the returned goods prior to offering a repair or exchange (Terms & Conditions Apply)
• Upon request, and at our discretion, we may exchange defective/ faulty items for identical items of equivalent value
• For your security & personal safety, CCTV cameras are in operation on these premises.
• The Management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice
• You can return items that were originally part of the promotion but you will lose the promotional discount. For example, if the item you are returning is part of a “50% off” deal, your refund will be adjusted against the retail per-piece rate of the products you choose to keep after the return.
• Credit/Debit card Payment: Note that your bank or card issuer can take 2-7 additional business days to process the transaction.
• Products purchased outside of stores at exhibitions and sale events will neither be exchanged nor refunded.
• Please note that we may not be able to exchange your product with the exact item(s) you purchased with us. Some of our products are exclusive to our online store or are available for a limited time only.
• If you wish to return your faulty or incorrectly supplied order for a refund or to exchange certain Products, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order, and return the relevant Products in-store as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging with a copy of the relevant receipt and a valid ID.
• If you have received an item(s) that is defective (e.g. delivered with ripped or missing parts, or other damage) it may be returned for a replacement or full credit upon approval.
• Payment Refund Method:- Please note in case of refund/return is approved by Management then the money will be refunded by cheque in the name of the buyer and the buyer needs to provide his/her Valid and accepted ID proof to collect the cheque.

Mariot Group Shipping Charges:-
• Mariot Group offers free shipping for certain products within all emirates of UAE.
• We provide shipping by our own vehicle.
• For Certain items there may be shipping charges involved which max of AED 150. Shipping charges are only for heavy-duty items.
• Collection from our branches is free of cost.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
