• Fat-filled milk powder, Sugar,

• Stabilizer (Guar gum E 412,

• Dextrose, Calcium Sulphate E516,

• Disodium Phosphate E339,

• Locust bean gum E410, Sodium alginate E401),

• Tricalcium Phosphate,

• Pure Vanillin,

• Creamer Powder.

Measures:

• Mix 1 kg of the powder with (2-2.5) liters of water and mix it well.

• Put the mixture in the ice cream machine and follow the machine’s instructions.

• Store in a cool place below +4 C.
