• Fat filled milk powder, sugar,
• Stabilizer (Guar gum E412, Dextrose,
• Calcium Sulphate E516, Disodium Phosphate E339,
• Locust bean gum E410, Sodium alginate E401),
• Pure Vanillin, Creamer powder, wheat flour,
• vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), candy sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate),
• soya flour, salt, cinnamon.

Measures:
• Mix 1 kg of the powder with (2-2.5) liters of water and mix it well.
• Put the mixture in the ice cream machine and follow the machine’s instructions.
